Stop Treating the Symptoms.
Start Understanding the Root Cause.

You followed the advice. Took the supplements. Sat in the appointments. And you still don't feel better. That's not failure. That's a root cause problem.

Something was wrong. I knew it. My labs said otherwise.

Not dramatically wrong — just "not quite right, we'll keep an eye on it." But I knew. When your body is telling you something is off, being told to wait and watch isn't reassuring. It's dismissing. And I'd been dismissed for a long time.

For eight years I dealt with iron deficiency that wouldn't budge. Every appointment ended the same way. Take iron supplements. Come back in a few months. My labs weren't moving. My symptoms were getting worse. I was too exhausted to move through a normal day, and any exertion — walking up stairs, carrying groceries — left me with a racing heart and struggling to catch my breath. I kept taking the supplements. Nothing changed.

What nobody asked was why.

Why wasn't my body absorbing what I was giving it? What was getting in the way of my own healing? Those weren't questions I got in any appointment, nor did I know to ask. So eventually I stopped waiting and started researching myself.

What I found changed everything.

When I finally addressed the root causes most doctors never look for — gut health, liver function, what accumulates in the body after years of running on stress — my labs started moving. The exhaustion that had followed me for years began to lift. The weight I couldn't shift no matter what I tried started coming off without forcing it. The wine at 9pm, the scrolling until my brain finally slowed down enough to let me sleep — I didn't have to white-knuckle my way out of those habits. They just stopped being necessary when my body finally felt safe.

But the physical was only part of it.

Underneath the symptoms were patterns that had been quietly running the show. I'd spent years staying small in relationships. Keeping the peace. Managing everyone else's discomfort at the cost of my own. My nervous system had learned that threat was the baseline — and forgot what safe felt like. That current was running underneath everything, shaping my decisions, driving my exhaustion, without my fingerprints on any of it.

I couldn't see it until I did the deeper work. And when I finally did, everything shifted.

I was an ER nurse. A military veteran. A single mom raising three kids. I had spent years showing up for everyone else and not registering my own signals. And I still didn't see how far I'd drifted from myself — how long I'd been running on empty and calling it fine.

Today I sleep through the night. I wake up without dread. I stopped performing fine. I stopped managing everyone else's discomfort at the cost of my own. I trust what my body tells me now. I've stopped needing permission to believe myself.

That's what I want for you.

You are not broken. You are not imagining it. And you are not alone.

After my own transformation I trained formally in the frameworks that changed my life — so I could offer women what I wish I'd had. Someone who understood both the clinical and the deeper work. Someone who had lived the territory herself.

Something is running the show. And when you find it, everything changes.

I cannot express how grateful I am that you recommended Erin to me. She has been so amazing and helpful for me, we did my first Clarity Session this week and it is unbelievable.
